Lidia Sinitsyna

Lidia Sinitsyna is a seasoned project and quality assurance manager with extensive experience in leading QA projects and managing teams in various high-profile companies. At Adaptive Financial Consulting since May 2016, Lidia has excelled in project management and served as Head of QA. Prior roles include QA Manager at COFCO International and Deutsche Bank, where Lidia led major projects involving manual and automated testing, integration testing, and server-side test automation. Lidia also held significant positions at Exactpro Systems and Allied Testing, focusing on functional and integration testing, defect tracking, and business analysis for complex systems. Lidia holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Systems of Control from Moscow Power Engineering Institute.
