Andrew Brayton has been working in the engineering field since 2001. Andrew began their career as a student at the Colorado School of Mines. In 2005, they joined Adaptive Innovations Corp, where they have held various roles, including Vice President of Engineering, Director of Engineering, Chief Engineer, Project Engineer, and Design Engineer. As Project Engineer, they were responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of ESS fixturing, electronics test fixturing, production automation, and test automation. As Design Engineer, they were responsible for the design and implementation of ESS fixturing, project planning, 3D modeling, CFD and FEA analysis, sourcing parts, and validating design at customer location.

Andrew Brayton attended the Colorado School of Mines from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering. From 2005 to 2006, they also attended Red Rocks Community College, studying Precision Machining. In 2011, they earned an ASEL from McAir Aviation, qualifying him as a Private Pilot.
