Brett Sobol

Brett Sobol currently serves as the Head of Business Development at Adaptive Insurance, where efforts focus on the commercial growth of innovative products such as GridProtect, a parametric insurance solution addressing short-duration power outages. As the President and Founder of Nauvoo Games, Brett operates a studio dedicated to modernizing tabletop board games. Prior to these roles, Brett held key positions at Hippo Insurance, overseeing partnerships and growth initiatives, and at Comcast, where strategic investments and partnerships were developed across various sectors. Additional experience includes consulting for Blok Party and internships at BB&T Capital Markets and StoneTurn Group LLP. Brett earned an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College, with concentrations in Finance and Strategic Management.
