Shawn McLaughlin

Shawn McLaughlin is an experienced professional in the spirits and beverage industry, currently serving as a Partner at Adaptive Media LLC since May 2022. Prior to this role, Shawn held several key positions, including Director of Sales and Marketing at Northstar Brands from November 2016 to March 2023, where the focus was on unique and craft spirits. At Cellardoor Winery, from January 2016 to October 2016, Shawn was General Manager, overseeing operations and building the tasting room team at a new location. Shawn's career also includes roles as Account Manager at Maine Media Collective, Director of Marketing at Boston Phoenix, On Premise Field Sales Manager at Constellation Brands, and On Premise Sales Manager at SVEDKA Vodka. Additionally, Shawn gained recognition as a Mixologist and Beverage Consultant with Aquitaine Restaurant Group, having created cocktail lists and competed in prestigious bartending competitions. Shawn holds a degree from Westfield State University and graduated from Austin Preparatory School.
