Spencer Lepler, AIA, NCARB, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the field of architecture and project management. Spencer has held positions such as Vice President, Architectural Services at Adaptive Property Solutions, where they implemented new growth strategies and expanded the department's services. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Architectural Services at the same company, leading the growth of the department and overseeing quality control procedures.

Before joining Adaptive Property Solutions, Spencer worked as an Architectural Consultant, developing workflows and procedures for as-built documentation drafting at a different firm. Spencer also provided consulting and subject matter expertise during this time. Additionally, Spencer owns and operates The Fiberists, where they act as an owner, dyer, and designer, creating and selling yarn and spinning fiber.

Spencer also has experience as an Architect at their own firm, Spencer Lepler, Architect, PLLC, where they focused on residential and small commercial projects, employing their background in historic preservation. Before that, they worked as an Architectural Field Resource Manager at USI Commercial, managing the creation of commercial as-built surveys and consulting on accessibility reports.

Furthermore, Spencer served as a Project Manager at LeMay Erickson Willcox Architects, where they focused on the multifamily sector, sustainability, and accessibility compliance. Spencer successfully developed relationships with clients and led teams through various architectural projects.

Earlier in their career, Spencer co-founded studioSML, where they managed accounting, branding, web design, and marketing. Spencer also held positions at the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, Hughes Group Architects, The Preston Partnership, and Architrave P.C., Architects, gaining valuable experience in areas such as IT coordination, project coordination, and design.

Throughout their career, Spencer has demonstrated a passion for architecture and a commitment to providing quality design and consultation services to a range of clients and projects.

Spencer Lepler, AIA, NCARB, PMP obtained a Concurrent MArch & BArch degree from Tulane University between the years 1999 and 2005. Their field of study included Architecture, Certificate in Preservation Studies, Minor in English, and Minor in History. In addition, Spencer Lepler holds certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, a Licensed Architect in Washington, DC since 2010, a Licensed Architect in Virginia since 2009, and also has an NCARB Certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) since 2009.
