Andy Barnes

Andy Barnes is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in various sectors including healthcare, business development, and public service. Currently serving as COO at Adaptix Ltd since April 2021, Andy leads the delivery of innovative 3D X-ray technology in healthcare, having progressed from Product Manager to Managing Director of the Non-Destructive Evaluation business unit. As the founder of Purpose-Leadership from 2010 to March 2021, Andy successfully developed over 100 clients into elite roles while focusing on cultural change and leadership in corporate settings. Prior experience includes founding Moral Victory Productions, leading initiatives within the UK Ministry of Defence to transform its Freedom of Information capabilities, and competing as a Skeleton athlete for the British Bobsleigh & Skeleton Association. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering from the University of Oxford and ongoing studies in Artificial Intelligence at Saïd Business School.
