Hannah Lawrence-Lelitte

Hannah Lawrence-Lelitte serves as VP People and HR Director at Adaptix Ltd since January 2016, contributing to the development of advanced flat panel X-ray technology that enhances bedside 3D imaging capabilities. Prior to this role, Hannah held the position of HR Manager at the University of Oxford from April 2007 to January 2016, where responsibilities included chairing recruitment panels and managing student welfare and support services while being part of the Senior Management Team. Additionally, Hannah has experience as a Learning Associate at the Oxford Learning Institute, delivering management skills training. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, Level 7 and Level 5 certifications in HR Management, a Foundation in Transactional Analysis Counselling, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Surrey.
