Mina has 10+ years of experience designing, running, and scaling agile ways of working in industries including Financial Institutions, Start-ups, Government, Retail, Pharma, and across functions including Marketing, Operations, HR, Public Policy, and Software Development.​

Mina’s experience since joining ADAPTOVATE includes:​

Designed a new scaled agile operating model and managing the change for the Marketing department of a big four Australian bank that was merging two sections.

Transformed the IT delivery team’s way of working at one of Australia’s biggest health/life insurance providers from waterfall to agile, resulting in the release of the CRM (Salesforce) MVP within 6 months from date of purchase​

Coached a leading Australian FinTech start-up through its turnaround, resulting in alignment of goals from company down to individual teams’ goals, new cross functional agile teams for the Call Centre operations, and common agile ways of working across the company within 3 months​

Helped an Australian government authority undergo a once-in-a-generation change as it transformed itself as the state’s regulator in a short timeframe (one year) set by the government.
