Elora Arana

Elora Arana is a Project Development Manager at Adapture Renewables, Inc. since October 2022, focusing on utility solar and battery storage development in ERCOT, SPP, and MISO. Previous roles include Development Manager and Project Developer at Key Capture Energy, and Environmental Specialist at Phillips 66, where significant accomplishments involved improving environmental compliance processes and leading a successful transition to ISO 14001:2015. Elora's early experience includes engineering communication support at Texas A&M University and multiple internships at Phillips 66, where regulatory and compliance projects were managed. Elora holds a B.S. in Environmental Studies with a focus on Environmental Sciences from Texas A&M University, complemented by an Erasmus study period at the University of Leicester.
