DeJuan Skelton, PMP has over 25 years of experience in project management. DeJuan began their career in 1996 as a Senior Customer Services Project Coordinator/Customer Service Representative at Western Wireless Corporation, where they coordinated the development and implementation of Customer Care processes and led the expansion of Customer Care operations to accommodate new markets and business initiatives. In 2000, they moved to Cingular/AT&T Wireless as a Project Coordinator/Business Systems Analyst, leading cross-functional teams in the validation of billing system data migrations and coordinating cross-functional teams in the execution of release testing and deployment. From 2005 to 2011, they held the role of Human Resources Systems Project Manager and Information Technology Project Manager at T-Mobile USA, acting as the single point of contact for various Human Resources (HR) technology initiatives, leading End-to-End Testing and Production Support Model development for a major HR initiative, implementing several HR system enhancements, and leading a process improvement initiative targeting the quarterly bonus and annual merit processes. From 2011 to 2015, they were an IT Project Manager at Siemens Healthcare. From 2015 to 2019, they were an IT Project Manager at Cerner Corporation. In 2021, they were appointed Director of Engagement at AdaptX.

DeJuan Skelton, PMP obtained a High School degree from Cranbrook School in 1984. DeJuan then went on to obtain a B.A. in Business from Alma College in 1989. Finally, they earned a JD in Law from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1992.
