Debbie A. Rieger

Debbie A. Rieger is founder, Chief Executive Officer and President of ADAR, Incorporated. She has over 30 years of Government procurement and contracting experience in the Information Technology product and services arena, with 20 of those years as a CEO. The firm Ms. Rieger founded prior to ADAR was A-TEK, Incorporated in 1996, grown to revenue up to $35M and 200 people, and sold in 2010.

Ms. Rieger is certified in Government Procurement and Contracts Management by the University of Virginia, has held various leadership and management positions at other prominent Government contractors in the DC Metro area prior to becoming a CEO, and has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences on topics related to small business ownership and Government contracting.

Ms. Rieger is also an active philanthropist, participating and serving on several non-profit boards, such as INOVA Loudoun Hospital Foundation; INOVA Loudoun Hospital - Quality Board; Loudoun Chamber of Commerce; Blue Ridge Speech & Hearing of Loudoun County (Chair); Leesburg Volunteer Rescue Squad; Tell Me Town Foundation (Chair). She has also served on the Middleburg Bank Regional Advisory Board. Ms. Rieger is also an avid golfer.
