Dilli Dotel has built a significant career in the NGO sector since 2002, starting as General Secretary at the Center for Awareness Promotion (CAP) Nepal. Dilli has held various prominent roles at Good Neighbors International and Good Neighbors Nepal, including Program Manager and Executive Director, managing community development and education projects. Currently, Dilli serves as Head of Education Programme at Adara Group, while pursuing a Master's degree in Natural Resource Management at Nepal Open University and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Education in Emergencies at the University of Geneva.
