Jorge Barón

Jorge Barón is an Associate at Adara Ventures. Prior to joining Adara, Jorge was an Investment Team member at BMW i Ventures from April 2019 to August 2019. At BMW i Ventures, Jorge was responsible for investing in startups in the fields of autonomous driving, digital car, e-mobility, AI, industry 4.0, mobility, customer digital life, and energy services. Jorge has also worked as Business Development at Robotise GmbH from October 2018 to March 2019 where they helped launch a new era of intelligent machines by introducing service robots into people‘s everyday lives. Prior to their work in the robotics industry, Jorge worked in production planning and engineering at Daimler AG from September 2015 to February 2016.

Jorge Barón has a Master of Science in Management from the TUM School of Management, an International Master in Industrial Management from the MIP Politecnico di Milano, and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Jorge is also certified in English from the Cambridge English Language Assessment and in German from the Goethe-Institut e.V.
