Patricia Gañán Alonso (she/her)

Patricia Gañán Alonso has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Patricia is currently working at Adaral as a Software Development Manager since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Habitissimo from April 2020 to January 2022.

Their previous experience includes working at anfix, where they served as the Head of Engineering from November 2014 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting and selecting web and mobile developers, mentoring the development team, and ensuring teamwork and cohesion. Patricia also acted as the Head of Project at anfix from August 2013 to April 2020, where they were involved in synchronization, coordination, and prioritization of tasks to achieve the business goals. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at anfix from August 2011 to August 2013.

Before joining anfix, Patricia worked at Atos as a Team Lead from April 2008 to August 2011, and at Invescon Seguridad as a Programmer from December 2003 to April 2008.
