Andrew also held positions at PeoplePlus UK, A4e Ltd, A4e, and LINPAC Packaging, where they gained experience in IT infrastructure management and network engineering. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated their ability to oversee and manage complex IT systems, provide strategic direction, and effectively lead teams.

Andrew T. attended New Mills sixth form college from 1995 to 1997. Andrew did not obtain a degree or study a specific field during this time. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) in Computing with a focus on Networks and Communications at Sheffield Hallam University. Andrew earned a 2:1 honors degree, completing their studies from 1997 to 2001. In terms of certifications, Andrew T. obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in March 2016. Andrew also obtained an ITIL Practitioner certification from the same institution in April 2016.
