Richard Wong

Richard Wong has had a long and varied career in the pharmaceutical industry. Richard began their career in 1997 as a Graduate Student at UC Berkeley. In 2004, they took on a role as a Temporary Chemist at Intertek Caleb Brett, followed by a Postdoctoral Researcher position at the University of Georgia. From 2006 to 2016, they worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb in Princeton, New Jersey, first as a Research Investigator and then as a Senior Research Investigator. In 2016, they joined Merck as an Associate Principal Scientist, and from 2017 to 2021, they worked at Neurocrine Biosciences as a Manager and Senior Manager. Richard is currently employed at ADARx Pharmaceuticals Inc. as the Bioanalytical Director.

Richard Wong obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Chemistry and Economics from the University of California, Davis in 1997. Richard then went on to pursue a PhD in Bioanalytical Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, which they completed in 2003.
