Research Scientist at ADAS

Rachel Thorman is a Research Scientist at ADAS since October 2000. Previously, Rachel was a PhD student at the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology under the supervision of Dr Ute Skiba. Rachel also completed their PhD at SRUC under the supervision of Prof. Bob Rees. Rachel holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nitric Oxide Emissions from Agricultural Soils from The University of Edinburgh. Rachel also has a Master of Science (MSc) in Soil Sciences from the University of Aberdeen and a degree in Geography from The University of Sheffield.
