Ferdinand Mhory Caparas

Ferdinand Mhory Caparas is a dedicated aviation professional with extensive experience in technical instruction and maintenance, currently serving as a Senior Associate Maintenance Instructor at ADASI since October 2025. Prior to this role, Ferdinand held the position of Instructor at Abu Dhabi Polytechnic from January 2023 to October 2025 and was a Production Team Leader at ADASI from March 2021 to December 2022. Ferdinand began a career in technical instruction as a Technical Instructor at Aviation Partnership Phils. Corporation and Dornier Technology, Inc. in addition to serving as a College Instructor at various institutions. Ferdinand's practical experience includes working as a B1 Aircraft Technician at Etihad Airways and as an Aircraft Mechanic at Cathay Pacific Airways.
