Joabe Marcos Souza is a highly experienced aeronautical engineer currently serving as Principal Engineer - Flight Sciences at ADASI since September 2023. Prior to this role, Joabe held several positions at Embraer from January 2015 to August 2023, including Product Development Engineer for Aircraft Performance, where responsibilities included preliminary design analysis of the eVTOL EVE-100 and flight test specifications. Joabe also worked in the Flight-Test Division, providing technical support during flight test campaigns and new product introductions. Earlier career roles included consulting on experimental aircraft and conducting aerodynamic designs as an Aeronautical Engineer Consultant. Joabe's academic background includes a current PhD in Aerospace Engineering from USP, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the same institution.
