Ygor Freire de Carvalho Dias Ferreira

Ygor Freire de Carvalho Dias Ferreira is a highly experienced aerospace engineer with expertise spanning aerodynamic design, computational fluid dynamics, and aerothermodynamics. Since June 2022, Ygor has served as a Senior Principal Aerospace Engineer at ADASI, focusing on aerodynamic design, CFD, and stores separation. Prior to this role, Ygor worked at Rolls-Royce as an Aerothermal Engineer, where responsibilities included CFD and intake integration. Experience also includes a position as an Aerospace System Simulation Engineer at Airbus and significant contributions at Embraer, where Ygor was involved in multiple defense programs, including the Gripen E/F Transfer of Technology Program. Ygor's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Aerodynamics and Structures from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
