The Project Management and Coordination team at Adastec Corp. oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects in autonomous driving software development. Led by the Project and Product Management team leader, the team ensures alignment across departments, facilitates communication, and manages timelines and resources. The Scrum Master for the Perception & Prediction team implements agile methodologies to optimize workflows, while the Project Assistant provides vital support in coordination and administration, helping to streamline processes and enhance project outcomes.
