Alena Miazga

Alena Miazga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, currently serving as the Director of Management Consulting at Adastra since May 2013. Miazga specializes in strategic leadership, innovation, and AI application, demonstrating a strong ability to address industry-specific challenges and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance business performance. Previously, Miazga held the role of Practice Lead for Business Intelligence, where responsibility encompassed account management, leadership, and development of analytics frameworks. Miazga also led a reporting team of over 40 members as a Business Intelligence Consultant. An alumnus of Wilfrid Laurier University with a BSc in Computer Science, Miazga further advanced education with a Master of Management in AI from Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
