Pavel Kysela

Pavel Kysela serves as the COO of Adastra Group and the CEO of Adastra Czech, having been with the company since August 2002. With over 20 years of experience in IT, digitization, strategy, and leadership, Pavel has played a pivotal role in guiding Adastra's initiatives to facilitate the transition to the digital era. Prior to joining Adastra, Pavel held various positions at LLP Prague, including Division Director and Sales Director for banking and telecommunications, along with roles as a Programmer, Analyst, and Pre-Sale Consultant. Pavel's academic background includes education at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
