Darren Hite

A partner since 2006 at venture capital firm Aberdare Ventures, Darren focuses on investments targeting large healthcare markets with low efficiency. Most recently, he led Aberdare's investment efforts in healthcare technology companies outside the US. He is on the board of goBalto, Jiff and RxAnte, and is Director of Special Projects for MC10. He was a founding investor in Rock Health and guides health technology start-ups through his tenure at Rock Health, Blueprint Health, UCSF and Stanford. Prior to Aberdare, Darren was a corporate strategy associate at Medtronic and an investment banking analyst at Robertson Stephens. He participated in the MD program at Georgetown University School of Medicine and the Biodesign program at Stanford University in the USA.
