Head, Consumer Finance Department at ADB - Agricultural Development Bank Ghana

Gilbert Sebe-Yeboah has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Gilbert began their career as a Service Personnel at Goka Senior High Tech Sch in 2000, before becoming a Tutor at Adventist Senior Secondary Technical School from 2001 to 2003. Gilbert then worked as a Biostatistics Officer at Holy Family Hospital from 2003 to 2004.

In 2004, Gilbert joined ADB - Agricultural Development Bank Ghana, where they held several positions throughout their tenure. Gilbert started as a CMA/Chief Teller/CSO and later became an SME Relationship Manager, responsible for marketing and selling the bank's SME products. Gilbert then progressed to roles as a Relationship Manager and Ag. Head of Consumer Banking. Gilbert'smost recent position at ADB was as the Head of Consumer Finance Department.

From 1994 to 1995, they studied at Abuakwa State College-Kibi, specializing in arts for their SSCE degree.

From 1997 to 2000, they pursued a degree in statistics at Kumasi Technical University, obtaining an HND (Hons) qualification.

In 2011, they attended Coventry University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in finance in 2012.

From 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Development Economics at the University for Development Studies.

In 2020, they completed a Post-Graduate Certificate (PGC) in Management Information Systems at Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU).

From 2019 to 2022, they studied Business Administration with an accounting option at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.

In addition to their formal education, Gilbert Sebe-Yeboah obtained certifications. Gilbert became a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member through the John Maxwell Team in March 2022. In August 2021, they became a Certified Lead Quality Management Systems Implementer (ISO 9001:2015) through TÜV SÜD Global Risk Consultants.
