Sara Azfar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in urban planning and policy formulation. Currently serving as a Senior Planning and Policy Specialist at ADB Bank since September 2018, Sara has held previous roles as an Urban Specialist at the Asian Development Bank and as a Senior Consultant at both the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank Group. Additionally, Sara has experience in change management with the Aga Khan Social Welfare Board for Pakistan. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Architecture from UCL, a Post Graduate Diploma in Urban Planning and Management from UCL, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Sussex.
