Bianca Strickland

Bianca Strickland, MBA, has a strong background in human resources and people management. Bianca worked at ADB Companies, Inc. for over 8 years, starting as a Director of Human Resources in November 2013 and eventually progressing to Vice President of Human Resources in October 2019. In January 2022, they took on the role of Chief People Officer. Prior to their time at ADB Companies, Inc., Bianca worked as a Customer Account Specialist at Laclede Gas Company from July 2011 to October 2013.

Bianca Strickland, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business Administration and Management, General from Missouri Baptist University. Bianca attended the university from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2014 to 2017.
