Kaili Delp

Kaili Delp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational transformation, product management, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the VP of the Airfield Business Line at ADB SAFEGATE, Kaili leads product roadmap strategy, R&D, and innovation initiatives. Previous roles at ADB SAFEGATE include VP of Solutions Engineering, where a focus on customer-driven project delivery was emphasized. Prior experiences at GE Healthcare involved global HR business partnership and organizational development, complemented by a project management internship during the Experienced Human Resources Leadership Program at GE Power & Water. Earlier work includes program management in public health at John Snow, Inc. and leadership roles in various operational capacities. Kaili holds an MBA and an MPH from Emory University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
