Shane Dermody

Shane Dermody has extensive work experience in the construction and building materials industry. Shane currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Adbri Limited since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager - Adbri Masonry and National General Manager Sales and Marketing at Adbri Limited from June 2018 to August 2023. In addition, they are a Director at Sunstate Cement Ltd, Mawsons, and Aalborg Portland A/S, starting in September 2023. Shane Dermody has also served as a Director at the Australian Brick & Blocklaying Training Foundation Ltd from August 2021 to August 2023. Prior to joining Adbri Limited, they held various roles at Holcim Australia and Boral, including General Manager WA/NT Aggregates and Operations Manager Concrete NSW, respectively. Their career started at Adelaide Brighton Ltd, where they worked as an Area Manager and Laboratory Technician/Shift Chemist.
