Balachander Vaithiyanathan

Balachander Vaithiyanathan is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management and system analysis. Currently serving as IT Project Manager at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since November 2013, Balachander has previously held roles as IT Team Leader and Senior System Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as Associate - Projects at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 20 members on Batch Optimization and tools development, and as Associate Consultant at Oracle, leading teams for eBill solutions for major banks. Earlier career experience includes work as Associate Consultant at Polaris Software Lab, focusing on implementation leadership for Intellect Integrator. Balachander holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from SRM University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal College.
