Glenn Dcruz has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1994 at Citi as a Manager. Glenn then moved on to Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in 2005, where they held various roles including Head of Retail Credit Policy & Risk Analytics, Senior Vice President - Head Of Collections, Recoveries, Legal & Fraud - Retail, SME & ADCP, and H.O. Fraud Risk Management - Retail & SME.

Glenn Dcruz attended Perpetual Succour Convent High School from 1975 to 1987. Later, they pursued an MBA in Finance at the University of Leicester.
