Nadeem Malik

Nadeem Malik is an experienced professional in Human Resources and Employee Relations, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Relations at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since September 2019. Prior to this role, Nadeem held the position of Manager of Payroll Benefits & HR Operations at Union National Bank from January 1997 to August 2019, where responsibilities included managing payroll for over 2000 employees across UAE and overseas, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Nadeem began the career as an Audit Trainee at M/S Qavi & Company in Karachi, focusing on financial monitoring and reconciliation. Nadeem holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Karachi University.
