Ramesh Neelakantan

Ramesh Neelakantan, CSM® CSPO®, serves as an IT Team Leader at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since May 2013, focusing on managing IT Payment systems and providing techno-functional support for various payment processes, including EFT, UAEFTS, and SWIFT payments. Previously, Ramesh held the position of Senior System Analyst in the same organization, where responsibilities mirrored the current role. Prior experience includes serving as an SME for Finacle Core Banking at Emirates NBD from February 2011 to May 2013 and working as a Technology Analyst at Infosys from August 2006 to January 2011, with significant contributions to a Core Banking Project for RAK Bank in the UAE. Ramesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Marian Engineering College, completed in 2006.
