Rania Mohammad has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rania began their career as a Collections Officer at Citi in 1999 and later joined Emirates NBD as a Recovery Specialist. In 2004, they became the Team Leader of the Collection Department at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where they managed a recovery team and achieved assigned recovery targets. Rania then progressed to the role of Mortgage Collection Manager, where they reviewed the unit's collection activity and implemented bank collection policies. In 2014, Rania became the Head of the Legal Department at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, responsible for providing proactive, high-quality legal advice to the business and handling various legal cases. Rania currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Al Wifaq Investment Properties, starting in 2019. Throughout their career, Rania has demonstrated strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and customer service orientation.
Rania Mohammad obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside in 2001. In 2022, they pursued a degree in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Oxford. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they completed a Higher National Diploma in International Law and Legal Studies at Lahaye Institute. In 2020 to 2021, Rania also earned a Diploma in Legal Professions and Studies from the same institute.
