Shabbir Hussain Siddiqui

Shabbir Hussain Siddiqui is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager of the Contact Centre at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since December 2003. With a budget responsibility of approximately AED 52 million, Shabbir has led significant strategic projects including the establishment of onshore and offshore contact centres, implementation of advanced technology solutions, and the application of robotic process automation (RPA). Prior to this role, Shabbir held positions at Standard Chartered Bank, where leadership, team management, and customer service excellence were focal points. Shabbir holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Champlain College.
