The managing director, South Africa, is a pharmacist by training and has worked for MSD, Schering Plough South Africa, Pharmacia, and Glaxo Smith Kline Phrmcuticals. The financial director has a degree in taxation from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria and has worked as a financial manager for MUR Shipping and Hangana Seafood (Pty) Ltd. The marketing director has a degree in business administration and management from WITS Business School and has worked as an executive for PHARMAPRENEURS and Novartis.
