Charles Hayes

Charles Hayes is a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Adcock & Associates Real Estate Services since June 2019 and serves as Managing Partner at Hayes Group Consulting, focusing on strategy, management, and advocacy in economic development, education, government, and nonprofit sectors since July 2016. Additionally, Charles holds the position of Senior Fellow at the Economic Development Academy since November 2016 and works as a Strategic Business Advisor at WRAL Digital Solutions since June 2020. Previously, Charles was the President & CEO of the Research Triangle Regional Partnership from October 1996 to June 2016 and served as a member of the Board of Governors at the University of North Carolina from 2005 to 2011. Charles holds a BSBA and an MA in Education, specializing in Marketing and Distributive Education, from East Carolina University and completed secondary education at Norlina High School.
