James Aghayere

James Aghayere, Master of Management, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in program and project management across various industries, including Government, Health Care, Software, and Retail. Currently serving as CEO and Founder of Alchemy Directors since January 2018, James focuses on delivering integrated IT solutions and enhancing performance for clients. As Chief Operating Officer at AdComp Systems Group since July 2018, and through prior roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Alchemy Consulting LLC, Infosys Consulting, DynCorp International, A.T. Kearney, and AT&T Bell Laboratories/Lucent Technologies, James has built a robust portfolio in operational leadership, stakeholder management, and business technology integration, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget. James holds a Master of Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
