Navinthira Raman has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Navinthira is currently working as a Management Analyst & Sales Support Manager at AdComp Systems Group since June 2022.

Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst at the same company, starting in January 2021. Their responsibilities included generating financial and business reports, conducting organizational studies, creating business studies reports and spreadsheets, and preparing presentation data for decision-making. Navinthira also worked as an Office Assistant at Star Vision Travel and Tours from June 2009 to December 2009, where they handled data entry, managed customer records, and provided tech support.

Additionally, they served as a Senior Sales Associate at Parkson Grand Mall from August 2008 to January 2009.

Navinthira Raman obtained their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from North Lake College from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they studied Management Information Systems, General at The University of Texas at Arlington but did not complete a degree at that time. Navinthira then pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from 2013 to 2016, also at The University of Texas at Arlington. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, they attended Texas A&M University-Commerce where they obtained their Master's degree in Business Analytics.
