AdCradle
Bailey is the founder of AdCradle LLC, as well as the creator and original developer of the AdCradle product. The idea for AdCradle began in 2017, fueled by years of deep research into the advertising and out-of-home (OOH) industries. After extensive development, the project finally came to life in March 2025.
In addition to leading AdCradle, Bailey maintains a position at WG&R Furniture, which helps strengthen local relationships and provides insight into the advertising needs of small businesses. A 2016 graduate of Lakeland Union High School, Bailey has explored diverse career paths to better understand the community and discover how to help people enjoy the things they love even more.
