Cathleen Beer

Cathleen Beer currently serves as the Design Director for Swimwear at Add-Black, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Cathleen held the title of Senior Designer for Swim and Body at GOOD AMERICAN from February 2019 to October 2024 and worked as a Designer at GUESS?, Inc. from June 2018 to February 2019. Experience as an Associate Designer at EXPRESS from August 2013 to May 2018 involved specializing in denim, washed casual products, and knitwear. Earlier in the career, Cathleen worked as an Assistant Designer and Design Assistant at multiple companies, including EXPRESS and Urban Outfitters, focusing on various apparel types. An internship with Renee Masoomian provided foundational skills in pattern making and sample creation for latex garments.
