Shubham Gandhi

Shubham Gandhi is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and retention marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Executive at The Luxury Closet since February 2024, Shubham specializes in planning and executing CRM campaigns across multiple channels including SMS, email, and WhatsApp. Previously, Shubham held roles at Deltatech Gaming Limited where the focus was on driving revenue through retention and customer acquisition strategies. At CARS24, Shubham managed CRM efforts while also enhancing customer acquisition initiatives. Earlier career highlights include serving as the Head of Marketing for My Story Trust and an internship in social media marketing at FyxBuddy.
