Ted McNulty has over 25 years of sales experience. Ted began their career in 1994 at Dun & Bradstreet as a National Account Manager, where they were hired to start an outbound telesales team to sell a CD-based lead generation tool called "MarketPlace". Ted was then promoted to Seminar Sales Executive, traveling the country to present Dun & Bradstreet marketing tools to large groups of senior sales and marketing professionals. In 1999, they moved to Lycos as Sales Director, where they were tasked with launching a new Outbound sales team to grow advertising revenue through 100% cold outreach. Ted grew the team to 20 reps and $10 million+ in annual revenue, and assumed full revenue responsibility for the full suite of Search advertising products for the early internet leader. Ted also represented Lycos as a guest speaker at local universities and trade shows. In 2006, Ted moved to NameMedia as Director of Advertising Sales, where they were hired to build a new revenue stream by monetizing premium digital properties. In 2010, they joined JumpTap as Senior Director of Performance Advertising Sales, where they hired, trained and motivated a team of 15 that grew revenue to $70 million annually within four years. Ted also personally sold and managed key strategic accounts that generated over $8 million in annual revenue. In 2015, Ted moved to AdDaptive Intelligence as Vice President of Sales, where they were hired to build an initial sales team for a B2B audience targeting platform. Ted grew revenue from zero to $20 million+ in three years utilizing 100% cold outreach techniques in a competitive marketplace, and created effective comp plans and training strategies to motivate a team of 20 reps to achieve aggressive goals.

Ted McNulty received their MBA in Marketing from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in 1995. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Journalism and Business from Saint Michael's College.
