Karen then moved up to Area Manager, where they helped open and develop the Pizza Hut Delivery market for the Tampa Market, as well as opening the Seattle Pizza Hut Market. In 1996, they became a Franchise Business Consultant for AFC Enterprises, Inc., where they were responsible for business consulting with the Franchise community and developing business plans and goals. From 1997-1999, they worked as the Director of HMR for Peasant Restaurants. In 1999, they began their current role as Division Vice President - Promotional Product Expert! for Added Incentives, where they specialize in corporate programs, fulfillment, custom products, apparel, and eco-friendly promotional products.
