Jon Soberg

Jon Soberg is the CEO and Managing Partner at MS&AD Ventures, a venture fund established in October 2018 that invests in technology companies across various sectors including InsurTech and AI. Alongside this role, Jon serves as a Senior Fellow and Lecturer at The Wharton School, contributing to the Customer Analytics Initiative and specializing in marketing strategies. With extensive advisory experience at 8VC and Addepar, Jon co-founded Early Impact Ventures, focusing on transformative early-stage startups. Previously, Jon held executive positions in multiple companies, including COO at REEF Technology and Managing Partner at Expansive Ventures. Jon's investment expertise was further demonstrated at Blumberg Capital, where Jon led significant global investments. Jon's academic credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School, a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor's in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
