Prashant M.

Prashant M. currently serves as the Global Head of Engineering-Trading and India Head of Product Engineering at Addepar, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this, Prashant held multiple key roles at HSBC, including Global Head of Engineering for Payments and Data Cloud Technology and India Head for Digital Business Banking. Prashant's experience also includes significant positions at Barclays Investment Bank, where responsibilities included overseeing a large IT organization and managing regulatory deliveries, along with instrumental roles in building Rates IT in Pune. Previous experience encompasses senior roles at Letse Software and Solutions, UBS Investment Bank, Citigroup, Lehman Brothers, Wipro Technologies, Fidelity Information Services, and Accenture. Prashant holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Diploma in Advanced Computing from C.D.A.C.
