Rowena Carreon

Rowena Carreon currently serves as the Head of Investment Advisory Solutions at Addepar since June 2023. Prior to this role, Carreon was a Managing Director at BlackRock from May 2018 to March 2023, focusing on Whole Portfolio Solutions, Outsourced CIO, and Chairing the Diverse Manager Program among other responsibilities. Carreon held multiple Managing Director positions at BlackRock from 2011 to 2018, specializing in Alternatives, Global Credit, and Strategic Product Management. Additionally, Carreon was the COO of Fixed Income in the Asia Pacific region, responsible for financial planning and business strategy. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director and Head of Treasury at Nomura and Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers. Carreon began a career in finance as an Analyst at Fitch Ratings after earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Tufts University.
