Arthur Haponik

Arthur Haponik has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and analytics. Arthur started their career as a Data Analyst at PKP CARGO S.A., where they developed reporting and analytical infrastructure in the quality control department. Arthur then worked as an Analyst in the Supply Chain department at Panasonic, where they supported business users by creating analytical tools in VBA and SAP.

After that, Arthur joined SAS as a Data Science Consultant, where they built ETL processes for the Maria Curie Oncology Center using 4GL and T-SQL. Arthur later joined ING as a Data Science Consultant, where they developed a stress testing tool for the Risk Department, involving statistical analysis, modeling, automation, and building stress models.

Arthur then worked as a Data Science Consultant at Business & Decision, where they provided data science consulting services. Arthur then moved on to PAREXEL as a Statistical Programmer, where they were responsible for statistical programming of clinical trials results using SAS 4GL.

Arthur's next role was as a Data Science Consultant at Procter & Gamble, where they provided data science consulting services. Currently, Arthur is the CEO & Co-Founder of Addepto, a company that supports Fortune 500 companies in building complex and innovative solutions. Arthur also served as the Head of Data Science at Addepto, where they managed, planned, and implemented Machine Learning and Big Data projects.

Arthur Haponik has a Master's degree in Advanced Analytics - Big Data from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Arthur also holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from the same institution. Furthermore, they have pursued studies in Mathematics and Computer Science at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Arthur Haponik has obtained several certifications. Arthur has completed the Deep Learning Nanodegree Foundation from Udacity, and has acquired certifications from Microsoft, including Analyzing Big Data with Microsoft R Server, Machine Learning using Spark & Hadoop, and Applied Machine Learning. Arthur is also a SAS Certified Predictive Modeler using SAS Enterprise Miner 13, SAS Certified Statistical Business Analyst Using SAS 9: Regression and Modeling, SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9, and SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9. Arthur Haponik has further obtained certifications in data analysis and programming through courses such as Data Analysis and Statistical Inference in R, Python for Data Science, and R-programming from DataCamp.
