Maria Naklicka

Maria Naklicka is an experienced data scientist with a strong background in machine learning and software engineering. Currently at Addepto since October 2024, previous roles include data scientist at F33.ai from April 2021 to October 2024, where Maria utilized NLP techniques, RAG, and LLMs to develop chatbots and created optimization models for production scheduling. Prior to this, Maria worked as a junior software engineer at PSI Polska Sp. z o.o. from May 2018 to April 2021, focusing on machine learning models for logistics and MLOps processes. Maria began their career as a machine learning and data science intern, developing models for stock item classification. Educationally, Maria holds a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Poznan University of Technology, completed in 2020 and 2019, respectively.
