Tim Conway

Tim Conway has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1994 with CompuWorks as an Independent Software Training Consultant. Tim worked as a contract consultant, training employees in various sectors on basic computer skills and software programs. In 1997, they joined Consumer Insurance Services of America as a Franchise Rollout Team Leader, responsible for leading the rollout of a franchise-based insurance program on a state-by-state basis. Tim handled franchisee training and resolved product and technology issues during the initial rollout period. In 1999, they moved to Empirix as an Inside Sales representative. Finally, in 2003, they joined Adder Corporation, where they initially served as a Sales and Operations Manager. In 2008, they were promoted to the position of Vice President.
